Response Time
To test the responsiveness of a server you can try to ping a domain hosted on the server. You can do it from your own PC by typing "ping www.adomain.com" on the command prompt.
But the results of pinging from your own PC may be very different if the test is performed in other locations. That's why you should also conduct the test by using some different services located on different places.
You can do it by using the tool provided by SiteUpTime.com.
Then ping the domain from DNSStuff.com.
Simply notice the average result. The faster, the better.
